The journey

When we’re going somewhere, we keep our mind fixed on the point of destination, managing to observe only some in-between points of interest, which mainly serve as indicators that we're moving towards the right direction. All else remains unseen keeping the focus on the end goal. Occasionally, we are surprised by the unexpected, which for a while seems like going into a void; we become completely absorbed, attached, losing our inner balance, either forgetting or doubting where we intended to go.

But we finally make it. We reach our destination point. We are there. The interesting part comes when we decide to return home. It is not a conscious decision, one that we have to think about, focus on; it is just the natural thing to do. There are no doubts, just an instinctive, natural need/urge/desire to return. So, in a sense, we are freer to observe our surroundings.
But alas! The road back home looks completely different than when we took it before. It is the same road, yet completely different. Nothing or very little seems familiar. At times, we wonder if we are really on the right road or if it is the same road that we took before. There are no guarantees and no one to ask because each person has a different definition of “home”. All we have is our inner guidance, our deep intuition and our subconscious memory (linked with All That Is), to guide us. That is what we depend on to continue our journey.

But here is the thing!

We have already been where we had intended to go. We are all on the journey back home. The “going” happened in a split second and the “explosion” happened at such vastness and extension that we cannot perceive with our lower linear mind.

The tiny sparks of light travelled far and wide – all at once – wanting to touch every corner of the Infinite, every space of unexplored “darkness”. All at once. An absolute expansion of movement and static beingness, in one. Like a grand explosion beyond imagination and a freezing point in space, both at once.

Each tiny spark “landed” at a different spot that varied in density, light, awareness, darkness, in order to receive and collect information, yet unknown to the Infinite. No categorization of better or worse. Just each with a mission; to fully experience and offer that experience and knowledge to the Infinite, which is forever evolving and expanding.

There is no free will in the purpose of the little individual or the little collective sparks. It is a common purpose for all: to offer their existence and experience to All That Is; to preserve, in their best ability the One organism, the One being, of which they are part. They do have free will in how they wish to express and experience their individuality – their own participation, which is always linked to the whole.

But all this is already done. Now we are "returning", with great difficulty, if we don’t trust this inner knowing that is written on our DNA.

The sparks that “landed” closer to the Infinite and the grand “explosion” consist naturally of more light. The ones that “landed” the farthest are “darker” (denser) and distant. Just a natural law of physics and the will of the Infinite. Each serve a grand purpose and are EQUALLY valuable. The distant ones have more information to offer, valuable feedback that otherwise would not be acquired. The greater the distance and the bigger the movement, the more intense emotion and experiences. The less visible the initial One Light, the greater the loss of memory (loss of vision). A huge offering to the Infinite!

The ones that “landed” closer to the Infinite Light in the “explosion” are the lighter sparks that serve as way-showers and safe guard the return of all. They are fully aware and remember, for they are near static and unchanged, being very close to the Eternal Infinite. And this is the reality, of all sparks in-between the “explosive distance”. The lighter sparks are the nurturers and wise ones. The darker sparks are the warriors and explorers. All “down the line”, each little spark plays a part in serving the higher purpose. All are needed and each one is appreciated. It is through foolishness and ignorance that we judge another – having forgotten our mission ourselves.

The road back doesn’t look the same because our goal was different, travelling the other way. Getting home is inevitable because we have no other choice but to unite with all that is, who we really are; the Infinite. So now we can enjoy the ride more, explore our individual selves and our surroundings with certainty that will detach us and free our hearts.

Perhaps now the weight lies more on the way – showers that remind us of who and what we really are. When before this was reversed. The little sparks gathered information, having completely forgotten their origin, and in this way explored many possibilities of darkness (illusion), which in turn expands perception even further for the Infinite. The way-showers are everything and everyone that calmly and wisely guide us back. The more we travel on this road back home, the more evident the inner way-shower becomes as we slowly but surely remember who we are and where our true home is.
