Embracing the Light


When we feel a loss of energy (negative thoughts, ego identification, negative feelings), there is no logical way to replace it. The more we try to analyze needing to understand and reason with it, the more we feed that which we don’t want. We can neither persuade or enforce change, for that only gives power to that which is untrue in us. We need to bypass the logical brain completely.

First acknowledge the reality in you and admit it for what it is without judgment or categorization. Notice the feelings, the relations or change of movement, the thought, all that consists the weakened energy field.

Assist yourself back to acquiring inner balance, through the visualization capacity of your right brain.

See a white, warm light forming from the center of your being – the solar plexus area just under your rib cage – and spreading outwards all around you until it surrounds your whole being. 
Feel its warmth and its light, relax in its loving embrace and know that you are loved and guided at all times.
When you feel the warmth in the presence of your surrounding light, expand it to include those that you love around you, everything that you have and appreciate. 
When you feel comfortable and that it is done, expand the light and its warmth even further, to include those that seem to oppose and reject themselves. They don’t need more reminders of their own betrayal. 
Your light shines and warms all. 

You are the center of your being and the source of your light.
